OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER TRIATHLETES TO UNLOCK THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN THE SPORT THEY LOVE.

With unparalleled coaching, exceptional training experiences, and a supportive community, Glyn & Scott’s mission is to inspire and uplift individuals at all levels.

Our main aim is to create transformative triathlon journeys, pushing boundaries and helping athletes discover their inner strength. We provide the tools, knowledge, and confidence to conquer challenges, set new records, and embrace their true capabilities.

Fostering a culture of respect, support, and camaraderie, we strive to create an environment where athletes feel valued and inspired to pursue their triathlon dreams, all while being embraced by the awe-inspiring nature that surrounds Morzine.

TriMorzine finds its roots in the shared aspiration of its creators, Scott and Glyn.

Scott and Glyn met whilst racing in the Army team in 2006. More specifically they met as Glyn passed Scott on the bike leg of a duathlon, with a swim hat stretched over his helmet (as a makeshift aero solution), taunting Scott about whether he would have the legs to take back the lead on the run…a rather bemused Scott did indeed have the legs!

Since then, their journey through the world of triathlon coaching and into training camps, has fuelled a desire to offer something more than just another camp. With a pragmatic outlook, they aimed to provide triathletes of all levels a platform that delivers effective coaching, personal growth, and a unique experience.

Their combined experience and understanding of the sport led them to develop TriMorzine’s training weeks. It was not only about sharing their expertise but also about creating an intimate environment where athletes can access tailored guidance, immerse themselves in stunning surroundings, and forge connections with fellow athletes..

Scott is a former Army Captain, is a Level 2 Diploma British Triathlon Coach and has been racing since 2006, competing at all distances with top three finishes in every year of racing. Having taught for 8 years after leaving the Army, he has been a professional coach since 2021.

Scott also holds a Level 1 Nutritionist Qualification from Precision Nutrition.
